Managing the Leading Real Estate Funds in the Baltic Sea Region

Baltic Property Trust manages a series of different property funds with a total investment framework of more than EUR 3 billion. The objective of each fund is to generate attractive investment returns by focusing on prime commercial real estate within the retail, office and other segments including logistics and leisure.

Through a core-plus investment strategy Baltic Property Trust looks to invest in properties – or portfolios of properties – with a prime location, a stable cash-flow and the potential to add value through active asset management. This may involve re-tenanting, expansion and reorganization of the building layout, renovation and other forms of income/capital enhancement.

The geographical spread of the investments spans the entire Baltic Sea region. Investments are structured either as direct property acquisitions or indirect investments in listed companies.
