The history of Baltic Property Trust starts in Denmark and Lithuania in 2001. Since then our success has grown to encompass not only the three Baltic states, but also Poland, Russia and Germany.

The expansion is a natural last step of the Baltic Property Trust vision to span the Baltic Sea. Our dedicated goal is to offer our investors a wide spread property portfolio both in terms of geography and market characteristics.
