How to invest
Baltic Property Trust manages a series of different property funds. The objective of each fund is to generate attractive investment returns by focusing on prime commercial real estate within the retail, office and other segments including logistics and leisure.
Investments are structured either as closed-end, direct property acquisitions or open-ended, indirect investments in listed companies. The funds are primarily targeted at institutional investors and high-end individuals.

Shadow market
In the case where a fund is closed for new subscriptions, BPT tries to supply investors interested in selling or buying shares with a shadow market. Potential buyers or sellers are kindly asked to indicate their interest to our fund raising department, lo@balticpropertytrust.com.
