Pluton

The completed project consists of the three properties located in the business districts of Warsaw – CBD and Mokotów Business District. The purchase brought into the BPT’s portfolio approximately 62,000 sq. m. of total area, in great majority high quality and conveniently equipped A-class office space.

Wärtsilä

With a sale-and-leaseback construction BPT Hansa has purchased the pitch of land beside the current Headquarter building of the Wärtsilä Corporation, a Finnish global leader in engine and power solutions for the marine industry, in order to erect an extension of Wärtsilä´s Factory- and Office Headquarter Building together with the development partner Bauwo AG.
