BPT entered into the final sale and lease back agreements with Polish communications company, Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. – part of the France Telecom Group. On the basis of the sale agreements the BPT Optima fund acquired in total approximately 62,000 sq. m. in the Business Districts of Warsaw - the largest office sale and leaseback agreement in Poland ever.

The President of Gdansk and the Danish investor group, Baltic Property Trust, signed a preliminary agreement Tuesday covering a joint investment in the construction of New Wałowa street in Gdansk Young City - the post-industrial Gdansk Shipyard areas.
