Wärtsilä German Headquarters

With a sale-and-leaseback construction BPT Hansa has purchased the pitch of land beside the current Headquarter building of the Wärtsilä Corporation, a Finnish global leader in engine and power solutions for the marine industry, in order to erect an extension of Wärtsilä´s Factory- and Office Headquarter Building together with the development partner Bauwo AG.

The property is located close to the “Spreehafen” area and there is very good potential in the property compared to other properties in the areas, as we will erect a very high quality building which is flexible for other users as well. The property is BPT Hansa's first investment in the complex and challenging Hamburg market.
